Description
Sailor Burning， a beautiful fighter with red costume， fights with Balmoor’s monster corp. Balmoor plans to defeat Sailor Burning by himself but his right-hand Dogra advises him. “I think you are stronger than Sailor Burning， but if she will be powered up， you will be defeated，” says Dogra. Dogra finds out that Sailor Burning has special power and she can use it once in her life. Dogra plans to let her consume her special power for another monster. In the battle， Dogra also notices that Sailor Burning is weak for water. Dogra succeeds to let her use her special power. Sailor Burning regrets to consume her special power for the monster not Balmoor. Then， Balmoor appears before Sailor Burning.
